2005-10-26 Symposium Vet Beter!

 

26 October 2005, Unimills took part of the Dutch MVO Symposium Vet Beter. International Dutch food companies, as well as producers of oils and fats were attending this event.

 

Unimills was attending this event as a valued partner for developing and innovating smart and healthy fat solutions for and with customers. Our product development managers support our customers with the implementation of these high quality fat solutions in their production processes. The goal of our work is assisting our customers in replacing high SAFA fats with healthier alternatives rich in MUFA and PUFA by maintaining or even improving functionality in consumer products. Functionalities include oxidative stability, taste and mouth feel, texture, melting behaviour, crystallization behaviour and processability.
