Therefore, we work day and night to manufacture products with meet the needs of our customers. We monitor and control our production meticulously.

 

The analytical department performs more than 200,000 quality control analysis events each year, using more than seventy five different methods of analysis. Every year, more than 37,000 samples are taken to monitor the entire process, from the ships unloading the raw materials, to the trucks delivering the finalized products to our customers.

 

Our operations are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, BRC, IFS and TPM. Many of Unimills customers serve the kosher market and therefore require kosher certified ingredients. All Unimills products can be certified as kosher by “OK Kosher Certification”, a New York based agency that is highly respected.
